You can buy direct from Carapace Rock Science, Inc. if you are a pre-qualified business in the industry. Landscape supply yards, waterfall artisans, pool contractors, developers, municipalities and other professionals buy direct because they need large quantities of Products as part of their business. Does your business fall under one of these categories? Please contact us using the form and we will qualify you for direct sales.
Retail or wholesale customers (landscape maintenance businesses, etc.) cannot buy direct. Please see our list of Distributors. To become a distributor, a business must be open standard business hours and have a retail yard for retail and/or wholesale sales, or the business must use large quantities of products for big jobs such as developers, municipalities, etc.
We will not sell to retail customers attempting to bypass our distribution network under any circumstances. Our production facility is exactly that: a manufacturing plant. We are not a retail or wholesale center, and we do not have any retail staff to assist walk-up customers. We operate under an appointment-only system for distributors and other pre-qualified buyers to simply arrive at a predetermined time and date and have their orders loaded onto their trailers, etc.
All orders are palletized. The completed order can be scheduled for pick-up or delivery per your needs. A machine with a fork attachment is required for unloading at the delivery location. Please specify in the message if you will pick up or need a delivery. Our rates are very competitive; it is an extension of our customer service, not an avenue for profit.
